Terms and Conditions of PKR333

Welcome to PKR333. The platform accessible at pkr333.ws is operated by PKR333 and provides online gaming, sports betting — including PSL and cricket betting — casino-style games, live dealer tables and related entertainment services to players in Pakistan.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PKR333 ("we", "us" or "the Platform"). They apply to your registration, your use of any game or service on PKR333, and any financial transaction you conduct through the platform including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims and referral earnings.

By clicking "Register", "Accept" or any equivalent confirmation during the sign-up process, or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read this entire document, that you understand its contents and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue using PKR333.

PKR333 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account and use any paid service on the platform. We take underage gaming extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not allow any person under 18 to access your account.

PKR333 operates with a primary focus on players residing in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming and betting is legally permissible in your specific jurisdiction. If you access the platform from a location where such activity is prohibited by local law, you do so entirely at your own risk and PKR333 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from that access.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on PKR333. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed. Do not attempt to use the duplicate account in the meantime.

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. PKR333 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm identity and age. Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until documents are received and reviewed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR333 will never ask you for your password via chat, phone or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately through the official channels listed in Section 14.

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. All bets must be placed by the registered account holder. Any account showing evidence of shared use or commercial operation will be suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PKR333 and will result in immediate suspension and potentially permanent account closure:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors or bugs;
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market;
• Registering multiple accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Providing false identity or age information;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any conduct that PKR333 reasonably considers to constitute fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.

All transactions on PKR333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There are no platform-side deposit fees.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. PKR333 processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals instantly or within 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers process on the same business day for requests made before 5:00 PM PKT. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.

PKR333 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing false or misleading documents is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure and report to relevant authorities. Standard verification documents include a CNIC copy and proof of the payment method being used.

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and referral earnings at PKR333 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of a transaction. The amount displayed in your balance is exactly what will be transferred when you make a withdrawal request.

PKR333 offers a 100% first deposit match bonus to new players. The maximum bonus amount is Rs 10,000. For example, a deposit of Rs 5,000 will result in a bonus of Rs 5,000 credited to your account, giving a total playable balance of Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household address or IP address.

All bonuses at PKR333 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rs 5,000 requires total bets of Rs 100,000 to be placed before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Only bets placed using real-money balance count toward wagering requirements; bets placed using bonus balance do not count unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Bonuses that remain unclaimed or unused after thirty (30) days from the date of credit will expire and be forfeited automatically. PKR333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed through misrepresentation, multiple account abuse or any other violation of these Terms.

Reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, referral bonuses and other ongoing offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

PKR333 monitors bonus usage patterns. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse — such as placing low-risk combination bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal real risk — may have their bonuses cancelled and their wagering progress reset without notice.

All bets at PKR333 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check bet details before confirmation. Bets placed in error will not be refunded except in cases of proven technical malfunction by the platform. The minimum bet across all products at PKR333 is Rs 100 unless a higher minimum is displayed at a specific game or table.

PSL and cricket betting at PKR333 is subject to the specific rules published on the PSL Betting page. In general: all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the match referee or governing body; rain interruptions and DLS revisions are applied as per the official match result; abandoned matches where fewer than the minimum required overs have been bowled will result in void bets and stake returns except where stated otherwise in specific market rules.

Live in-play markets on PKR333 update in real time. Odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent odds movements. In rare cases of data feed failure during live betting, PKR333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

All digital game outcomes at PKR333 are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers on camera, with all actions visible on the live video feed. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and historical outcome data are published on the relevant game pages. PKR333 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, PKR333 will investigate the incident and may, at its sole discretion, void the affected round and return stakes. No further liability is accepted beyond the return of stakes for rounds directly affected by the malfunction.

• Referral commissions are credited to your account balance once the referred player has met the minimum activity threshold defined in the referral programme terms;
• Self-referral — referring yourself via a second account — is prohibited and will result in cancellation of referral earnings and suspension of both accounts;
• Referring players who you know to be under the age of 18 is prohibited;
• PKR333 reserves the right to modify referral commission rates, tiers and eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable notice.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any increase request;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications reminding them of time spent on the platform in any session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period the account is inaccessible for gaming and betting purposes;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from PKR333. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months. Attempts to create new accounts during a self-exclusion period will result in permanent closure of the new account;
• 18+ Strictly Enforced: PKR333 uses age verification at registration and may require document submission at any time. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately.

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by PKR333 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. Key points:

All content on the PKR333 platform — including but not limited to the PKR333 brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to PKR333 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any PKR333 content without prior written permission. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR333's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PKR333 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures or other factors outside the platform's direct control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to read and comply with these Terms;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PKR333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of any game or betting market;
• The player is underage or has provided false identity information.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance including bonuses and pending withdrawals may be forfeited at PKR333's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach — such as the player voluntarily closing their account — any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests for accounts with an active self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the self-exclusion terms.

PKR333 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using PKR333 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
